East Coast Weekends 

 Happy Saturday! So happy to be on reading week and even happier to have received a surprise plane ticket to visit my love this past weekend in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Long distance is hard but the outcome is even better. Quick outfit I wore this morning on our way to brunch, with overcast skies and light showers throughout the day, it made for messy hair and cold hands. I'm seriously in love with this blanket scarf though. 

With a quick pack before I left, and a limited closet since I was back home for a few days. The scarf and jacket sort of clash but for the weather I had to make an exception to stay warm.

Things I've Been Loving 

hello october

Few things I've been into this month. October has to be one of my favourite months of the year, I love everything about fall, and the weather is starting to cool down which means layering is around the corner. I love layering lace bralets with light t-shirts and tank tops, add a cardigan or a blazer with this wool hat and you are ready for fall. 

Any colour that is burgundy or plum is what I am in love with around this time of year, I love the shade Rebel from Mac and this new polish from Essie called Macks, is a beautiful deep red with a couple of coats.

Happy Thanksgiving!

     Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend with family and friends. So much to be thankful for in this beautiful life. Could not have been happier to be home for the weekend with my family and friends eating amazing food. Back to the city for now though.

Now that fall has officially arrived so has everything pumpkin spice. Fall is one of my favourite seasons, full of cozy sweaters, scarves, candles and scents. There is no doubt that everyone is talking about eyebrows, the good ones and the bad ones. Eyebrows are a staple to any makeup look, even before the craze began. Here are my favourite brow products that I have been using for almost a year now and safe to say I don't think I will stop. The legendary brow queen Anastasia Beverly Hills has all you need for the perfect look. Almost a step by step of how I fill in my eye brows, Hope you enjoy! 

BEAUTY TIP: Give the tweezers a rest, yes they are great for stubborn hairs but do not use tweezers to pluck and shape your eyebrows, get them done! You won't regret getting your eyebrows done the proper way by either waxing, sugaring or threading.
