For the days when the weather is not in the negatives, you are able to get away with a skirt or shorts. Adding knee high socks with boots makes it acceptable for the colder months, especially if you may be stuck inside all day. Today I paired my Knee Highs with a black skort, and tied a plaid shirt around my waist to give the look some added colour. Adding a leather jacket on top to add some edge and warmth, If its freezing out, swap the socks for tights.
